Meet Dr. Logan Vincent, Glaucoma Specialist

Wolfe Eye Clinic is pleased to introduce you to Logan R. Vincent, M.D. a board -certified and fellowship trained ophthalmologist who specializes in the medical and surgical management of glaucoma disease and also performs cataract evaluations and cataract surgery. Dr. Vincent joined Wolfe Eye Clinic in 2021 and sees patients in our Ames, Des Moines and Fort Dodge offices.

Dr. Vincent completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at Texas A&M University and his Doctorate of Medicine from Louisiana State University. He then went on to complete an ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio where he was awarded Chief Resident. Most recently, Dr. Vincent completed a fellowship in glaucoma at El Paso Eye Surgeons in El Paso, Texas.

Dr. Vincent is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society, the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Medical Association and is very passionate about patient care. Dr. Vincent has presented many oral presentations both locally and regionally, published multiple peer review journal articles, and has authored numerous abstracts.

Outside of work Dr. Vincent is an outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and skiing in Colorado. In his free time, Dr. Vincent enjoys spending time with his wife as well as playing recreational flag football, disc golf, and watching classic films domestic and abroad.
