DR. KRISTINE F. LINVILLE- WEST DES MOINES OPTOMETRIST

Kristine F. Linville, O.D. is a comprehensive optometrist who works side by side with the fellowship-trained cornea specialists in our West Des Moines clinic. Her focus includes the treatment of cornea related conditions, refractive options, and comprehensive medical exams. She also prescribes and fits specialty contact lenses including scleral and gas permeable lenses.

Dr. Linville received her Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University in Winona Minnesota, followed by her Doctorate of Optometry degree from the University of Missouri St Louis College of Optometry. During her training, Dr. Linville completed multiple externships at the Harry S. Truman VA Hospital in Columbia, Missouri, The Koetting Associates in St. Louis, Missouri, Chickasaw National Medical Center in Ada, Oklahoma, and the Affinia Community Health Center in St. Louis, Missouri. 

Outside of work, Dr. Linville and her husband Dr. Cord Linville, who is also an optometrist at a private optometry practice, reside in the Des Moines area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, biking, and boating at the Lake of the Ozarks.
