At Wolfe Eye Clinic we offer a transparent standard investment that includes a comprehensive LASIK evaluation, all surgical fees, follow up visits for one year and any necessary corrections needed for two years. Wolfe Eye Clinic LASIK surgeons do not offer a “menu” of treatment options or “add-ons”. We will only treat you with the procedure that we feel will give you the best outcome.

Does insurance cover LASIK?
LASIK laser eye surgery is not covered by health insurance and typically not covered by vision insurance either. The procedure is considered an elective cosmetic surgery and we do not submit costs to any insurance company. The total is paid for on the day of surgery out-of-pocket or by another method such as health savings or medical flex spending account. We also offer LASIK financing options!
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds for LASIK?
Yes, you may use health savings account (HSA) and medical flexible spending account (FSA) funds to help pay for LASIK. It is important that you check with your individual HSA or FSA provider to verify your plan details. We recommend also checking daily spending limits associated with the account and the dates you are required to use the funds by. If you do not have an HSA or FSA card for payment, you can use another form of payment and then Wolfe Eye Clinic will provide you with an immediate receipt and charge slip, upon request, that provides the necessary medical information for reimbursement through your HSA or FSA. Payment Plans for LASIK
Payment is due the day of your scheduled LASIK procedure, so it is important that you make plans in advance. Wolfe Eye Clinic accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Additionally, health savings and medical flexible spending accounts are also accepted if verified by your plan administrator.
Need another payment option? We offer special LASIK financing options with approved credit through a trusted financial provider. It is recommended that you apply when scheduling surgery so that your payment arrangements can be finalized prior to the day of surgery.
