DR. SHAWNA R. HARVEY - WATERLOO AND CEDAR FALLS OPTOMETRIST

Shawna R. Harvey, O.D. received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biomedical from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She continued her education by earning her Doctorate of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry where she graduated with honors.

Dr. Harvey grew up in State Center, Iowa and enjoys serving her patients in nearby communities by offering routine eye exams, prescribing eyewear, fitting of contact lenses and scleral contact lenses in our Cedar Falls and Waterloo locations. Dr. Harvey is also skilled in the treatment and medical management of ocular diseases including cataract, glaucoma, and retinal conditions to improve the quality of her patients lives.

Dr. Harvey is married to her husband, Scott, and has two children, Everly and Cohen. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, and participating in golf, reading, and bicycling.
